A performance-driven class designed to build the strength, endurance, and engine required for hybrid racing. Functional strength, conditioning, and race-style workouts with a clear focus on efficient movement, pacing, and mental resilience.

Boxing

High-energy training focused on boxing fundamentals, conditioning, and movement. Footwork, coordination, defense, and striking technique combined with high-intensity rounds that build endurance and power.

Strength & Conditioning

A high-performance class developing total-body strength, power, and cardiovascular capacity. Structured strength work combined with conditioning blocks to build durability, efficiency, and work capacity.

Build & Burn

Strength, muscle, and conditioning in one balanced session. A primary lift followed by targeted hypertrophy work, integrating core and posterior chain development, finishing with a full-body conditioning finisher.

Hypertrophy HQ

A focused strength class built around muscle growth, intelligent volume, and progressive overload. Controlled lifting, time under tension, and quality movement to stimulate hypertrophy across major muscle groups.

Pilates Burn

The strength, core stability, and mindful movement of Pilates at a higher intensity. Faster-paced movement to get the heart rate going — perfect for sweating it out and getting those endorphins flowing.

Mat Pilates

Do I need experience to join a class?

No experience required — our coaches adapt each session to your level so you feel both challenged and supported.

What should I bring?

Just comfortable training wear and shoes. All premium equipment is provided on-site.

How long are classes?

Classes run near 60 minutes, designed to balance intensity with recovery for maximum results.

Can I freeze my membership?

Yes, memberships may be frozen for medical reasons. Requests must be submitted in writing at least 7 days in advance.

Are memberships refundable?

No. Memberships are non-refundable. However, you can request a freeze under approved circumstances.

Can I share my membership?

No. Memberships and passes are strictly personal and non-transferable.

What if Reload cancels a class?

If we cancel, your class or session will not be charged. If we must close due to maintenance or force majeure, affected memberships may be extended.

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes, for classes and appointments. Walk-ins are allowed for gym access, subject to capacity.
