Boxing
High-energy training focused on boxing fundamentals, conditioning, and movement. Footwork, coordination, defense, and striking technique combined with high-intensity rounds that build endurance and power.
Strength & Conditioning
A high-performance class developing total-body strength, power, and cardiovascular capacity. Structured strength work combined with conditioning blocks to build durability, efficiency, and work capacity.
Build & Burn
Strength, muscle, and conditioning in one balanced session. A primary lift followed by targeted hypertrophy work, integrating core and posterior chain development, finishing with a full-body conditioning finisher.
Hypertrophy HQ
A focused strength class built around muscle growth, intelligent volume, and progressive overload. Controlled lifting, time under tension, and quality movement to stimulate hypertrophy across major muscle groups.
Booty Build
A lower-body-focused strength class designed to build glute strength, shape, and muscular endurance through targeted activation, controlled loading, and high-quality movement patterns.
Calisthenics
Bodyweight-based training focused on strength, control, and movement mastery. Progressive exercises and skill work that improve coordination, stability, and body awareness.
Brazilian Circuit Training
A fast-paced, high-energy class designed to build strength, endurance, and athletic conditioning. Circuit-style training that keeps the heart rate high while working the entire body.
Abs, Core & Conditioning
Core strength, stability, and endurance — progressing from activation and anti-movement control into dynamic and rotational core work, integrating load and conditioning to challenge the entire trunk.
Pilates Burn
The strength, core stability, and mindful movement of Pilates at a higher intensity. Faster-paced movement to get the heart rate going — perfect for sweating it out and getting those endorphins flowing.
Mat Pilates
A low-impact, technique-focused class centered on core strength, posture, and controlled movement. Alignment, stability, and breath-led exercises that build balanced strength and improve mobility.
Mobility
A restorative yet purposeful class improving joint range of motion, posture, and movement quality — shoulders, neck, spine, hips, and ankles through controlled drills and breath-led movement.
Wake Flow Yoga
A gentle, energizing class designed to awaken the body and mind. Mindful breathing, smooth flowing movements, and light stretching to improve mobility and focus, setting a calm tone for the day.
Sunset Yoga
A slow, grounding class to unwind the body and calm the mind at the end of the day. Mindful breathing, gentle flows, and deep stretches concluding with guided relaxation and meditation.

A slow, calming class supporting recovery, relaxation, and nervous system reset. Mindful breathing, gentle movement, and deep sustained stretches, finishing with guided relaxation and meditation.
FAQ
Do I need experience to join a class?
No experience required — our coaches adapt each session to your level so you feel both challenged and supported.
What should I bring?
Just comfortable training wear and shoes. All premium equipment is provided on-site.
How long are classes?
Classes run near 60 minutes, designed to balance intensity with recovery for maximum results.
Can I freeze my membership?
Yes, memberships may be frozen for medical reasons. Requests must be submitted in writing at least 7 days in advance.
Are memberships refundable?
No. Memberships are non-refundable. However, you can request a freeze under approved circumstances.
Can I share my membership?
No. Memberships and passes are strictly personal and non-transferable.
What if Reload cancels a class?
If we cancel, your class or session will not be charged. If we must close due to maintenance or force majeure, affected memberships may be extended.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, for classes and appointments. Walk-ins are allowed for gym access, subject to capacity.
